CORRIGENDUM.

The following should be substituted for the second sentence in paragraph 9:-

For the purposes of local payment salaries fixed in sterling are converted into dollars at rates fixed by the Government. The rate as from the 1st of January, 1932, has been fixed at the current rate of exchange, subject to a minimum rate of 1s. and a maximum rate of 2s. to the dollar.
